Julian's Tree

One year ago, Julian was born--and passed away. Our hearts go out to Heather and Scott today as they have struggled through this year. We would have loved to know our little nephew and cousin who has touched our lives in a way we never thought possible.

We all gathered at Jenny's to plant a Flowering Pear tree to memorialize Julian's birthday. Everyone pitched in to dig the hole and get the tree just right.

Putting you
In the past tense
Was, I'm afraid,
The hardest
Conjugation
I ever made.
--Carol Lynn Pearson

We love you, Julian.

I'm sitting at work with tears running down my face. Thank you. Thank you for that beautiful gesture. The tree looks lovely. I can't wait to see it in person.

I dont know what to say except thank you. It truly warms my heart to see such a gesture. Although I dont seem like it, I am a very sentimental person and the fact that you put it in the front yard for all the world to see and enjoy means even more to me. Thank you so much.

I'm sitting here crying, so grateful that you all love each other so much. I thank Heavenly Father for all of you every day of my life. Thank you all so much for doing such a kind thing.
