The Kelsee Tia Line

Kelsee had her fashion show on Thursday, May 21 and presented a beautiful, elegant line of designs. She's really enjoyed this last year of high school and she's come a long way in her fashion ability. Plus, she's just damn classy.

Here's Mick wearing a coat Kelsee designed. Sweet.

Kelsee registers for the fashion institute at SLCC next week. She's really excited to take her fashion design to the next level. Great job, Kelsee!

Play Ball!

McKenzie and I went to Grantsville to watch Kindra and Payson play T-ball.

Here they are, both playing second base.

Don't know who won. Don't care. It was just fun sitting and watching a ballgame in the quasi-sunshine.

P.S. Ashley chopped off her long hair. It looks really cute.

Laura's B-day

Laura turned 32-years-young, so of course we celebrated with high-fat cupcakes and tasty flavors of ice-cream (raspberry sherbet and summer peach pie---yummy!) She received enough Barnes and Noble gift cards to get pretty much anything she'd like. Lucky.

Happy birthday, Laura!!

Yoga! Yoga! Yoga!

My yoga retreat in the middle of nowhere was amazing! Six hours of yoga every day (brutal), someone to cook all my meals, an hour of meditation every night----sweet! It was a really cool experience and a great gift from a cool fiance.

Our day started at 7 a.m. with an hour of breathing exercises on the deck. After our lungs were burning, we had a fantastic breakfast. However, five days of no dairy, no wheat, no sugar and no fat left me craving pizza BIG time.

After breakfast, our first 3 1/2 hour yoga session began. Brutal, grueling and tortuous--but it was so cool to be able to endure for the entire class. After class and lunch, we had a few hours to recover (massage!!!) and then the second 2 1/2 hour class began. Dinner, meditation, movies and bedtime. I should have been very tired, but all the exercise and healthy food left me really energized.
I had a post-yoga glow coming back from the retreat. I had the whole love-for-my-fellow-man thing going on. I would love to go back and do it all again.

And then I came home. . .
